His songs are amazing you could sit for hours and just be mesmerized, this is actually the first time I've listened to David's other songs other than the one called " it's almost time" , I heard it years and years ago, and I listened to it again today because it stays stuck in my head for all these years, and I still can't hardly contain myself when I listen to it, today I let the tears flow as I listen to it, thinking of all the mistakes I've made in this life, for myself, for my children, and as a husband. Full of regrets, oh so many regrets, but I'm waiting even after all these years, "when I know that my sun will shine, just as sure as this world can spin, I can hold on fine, cause it's almost time, for that sun to come round again"
Big Horizon changed my life. Your words and songs have played through my mind a gazillion times. Coming from South Africa, I roamed across America for the first time in the 90's with your soundtrack a backing to all the dramas, loves and adventures that unfolded. David there is a great beauty to your music. Thank you. Even now when I listen I remember my 'slightly' younger self and smile in recognition. It kinda regrounds me. Now I live on the other side of the world but I still carry your music inside, it soothes any long walk, a grieving heart and makes me look at the sky...." If Heaven is perfection" maybe we'll get to chat .... Thoughts may not be buildings but songs are the framework of memories and make life that much more sweeter. Thanks again.
