All you need to know before buying the Sentro knitting machine

DISCLAIMER: This is my opinion using the machine.prices as shared in the video isnot going to be same for everyone
East Africans may have a hard time using the machine more so using the usual ROBIN or SEAGUL yarn if they are working panels but it’s likely to work well for tubes
The chunky yarn for the same brands isn’t compatible for this machine or else you may break your machine
Iam personally still trying out several yarn brands and selecting those that work well on the machine. A whole video for this will be made so you have a wide range of yarn types to choose from

It is a learning curve with this machine. The more you practice, the better you get. Might be a good idea to just knit without making a project. That way you get used to it’s idiosyncrasies! It will knit UK DK and Aran yarn. However some yarns even at this weights can be problematic. Attach weights to your project as soon as it is long enough. For example bag clips or large snack bag closure pegs. Weights help with tucked & dropped stitches. Also use the tension tool appropriately. Sometimes putting yarn into 2 holes, not just one.

At one point the machine is really tight. But it doesn’t come with a gris so it’s really difficult to know which one to use on it
