While delivering car, the delivery agent takes pictures of your Aadhar & PAN card, DL on his personal phone.
I feel they should NOT take pictures of your Aadhar & PAN card, DL. They should look at original & verify it's you. In banks, govt offices etc they just look at original & you. They don't take pictures.
Once in picture form, it can travel far & wide on internet. Even if Revv doesn't misuse your IDs, the delivery agent has access to your DOB, Signature, Address, Father's Name, ID numbers and a whole lot of confidential data. Plus databases also leak or are hacked by scammers for personal details.
If Revv is reading this, please by all means verify your customers in-person, but don't take or collect, store pictures of customer's IDs, especially on delivery agent's phone. You are jeopardizing your customer's sensitive data.🙏
