Hi Zar...plz let me know how to download my design without losing its quality from Canva. I dont know what to do with this problem.after downloading my design i remove its back ground on bg remover but its become horrible with blurred lines and fading colors. I am very upset about it plz help.

Hi Sam, try downloading as a jpg instead of png maybe, however Canva shouldn't be giving you issues of blurry ness I don't understand. Instead of remove.bg try using erase.bg or remove the background using Photopea before yiu convert it. Send me a short video on my social media as a DM if your still struggling

Hi, maybe you've missed a step. I've typed out the steps for you below, but I do have a free short course that includes a step-by-step learner guide on my website www.learnwithzar.com/ because people learn differently. These are the steps you should follow
Step 1 - Design a 2D logo on Canva, download it on your Gallery if using a phone, or download it on your computer Step 2 - Go to Photopea.com and click on (option 1) 'Open from computer' to go find your PSD file from where you've saved it and load it on Photopea or (option 2) click on 'PSD Template' on the landing page, click on Mockups, and pick by double-clicking on one of the templates you like - it's free to use.
Step 3 - Double click on the checked box where it says 'Your logo here'
Step 4 - Click on the eye, still on the layer section to hide the text on the PSD mockup
Step 5 - Then, select File > Open & Place (from the main menu) and go find your downloaded 2D logo on downloads / gallery
Step 6 - Size and center your logo
Step 7 - Click on File > Save as smart object (from the main menu)
Step 8 - Click on the Mockup tab to view your design (first tab on top)
Step 9 - Export your 3D logo design as png/jpg
Best wishes and let me know how it turns out. Also check out this video I created to help troubleshoot the save as smart object issues, th-cam.com/video/dxrdSO1ckGc/w-d-xo.html
