Excel open a second blank workbook when I open an excel File

This is the solution i Found, basically you can try to disable all de ADD-INS or disable one by one and restarting excel until you find the add that is causing this bug, in my case was the "MySQL for Excel" app

Does yours open up a blank excel document EVERY TIME you try to open (double-click) an existing excel file? What version of Excel are you using? I am using Excel 2013 on Windows 7 Pro 64bits and it happens intermittently for me. When I double-click to open an existing excel file SOMETIMES it will open up a blank excel file in addition to the excel file I wanted to open. It doesn't only happen when I try to open a specific excel file. I've seen it happen when I tried to open another excel file too. Why should we have to put up with this crap! Never had this happen with older version on Windows XP.

Yes, this is because of "MySQL for Excel" app. Can you tell me how can we resolve the issue without disable the MySQL app ?
