Another useful tip would be the ability to turn on normal jump input for HULK instead of hold button to jump on him. Directly underneath the Hero menu for Bruce Banner is the “Hold to Activate Incredible Leap” option, which is on by default. Deactivating this option allows you to charge both Hero and Monster Hulk's Incredible Leap abilities with a single jump input. I heard this is very handy and makes HULK far easier to play with this enabled.

I like having it. It helps me tell when playing Luna or CD if I'm hitting an ally or enemy. Luna has Penetration. So it gives me both sometimes. In team fights where all I can see is chaos. It helps.

to add to the spiderman and vemon webswing, if you have easy swing off, this allows you to now use your web swing ability while looking at the ground for fast engages or fast retreats instead of swinging away!
Only thing about the communication wheel is people say why aint you helping, you type i pinged someone's in our back line to help they go omg why you pinging and chatting use your mic, like my voice saying I need help is different than an ingame character saying the same thing thru the wheel....ike hearing me makes him understand English but hearing the same thing within game isnt......
There's a lot of in game voice lines happening that aren't important and team voice chat volume is a separate setting so they might hear a player talking with a mic more clearly than pings. A ping on someone in your own back line that is behind the person you're trying to inform also doesn't give a ton of information quickly. Like if I ping as Mantis on an enemy player it just says like "Look! An enemy!". If I say over the mic "panther in our back line" it gives a much clearer idea what's actually happening AND where without having to spot the little enemy hero icon that pops up and figure it out. Voice is WAY better than pings alone.
Voice is better than pings unless you play on Asian servers and you hear someone getting their ass getti g whooped by their mom hot mic-ing all over the place. Or just have entire lobbies that speak a different language.
communication WOULD be key to getting better if it werent for 90% of the playerbase is ego fueled children that will target even the best person on their team and berate them for something they see as a problem when in reality its usually something they are doing wrong. after almost 200 hours played and getting up to diamond thats my experience, ive genuinely had better luck ranking up just muting my entire team because like i said, they act like literal children.
I was playing earlier and this guy was playing Scarlet Witch and was standing on the domination point complaining how he was the only one on the objective while we all pushed the other team back to their spawn point. I guess he didnt know once it captured you dont have to stand on it. It was just funny how he was calling us trash when he was the one ignorant to how the game works and the simple strat we were using
Any tips for someone starting comp solo queue. I understand the basics of the game and I do fine in QP but I can’t even make any headway in bronze so far. My team is always out of sync struggling to claim objectives then getting steamrolled on defense. I mainly play moon knight (as long as the team comp is balanced) but I also have a Luna. Sorry if that’s a lot I’ve just been baffled as to why I’m having such a hard time
@@noahsiegfried There are many many factors that go into it but the most important is making sure your doing your role to the best of your ability. As a damage dealer you dont wanna be running in doing a quick burst and dying, its all about timing, Knowing when your tank is causing enough of a distraction that you can go in the side on an off angle and take out a support or out of position dps. Timing is key for everything, And its a teamwork based game so if your tank isnt causing enough pressure then its gonna be alot harder for you to get picks, and vice versa, if you cant get a single pick when your tank opens them up its usually on you. While waiting for an opening to go in deep try and do as much poke damage as you can while also keeping an eye on your supports to make sure the enemy does not dive them. Main thing is remember everyone has like a symbiotic relationship with the tank, you help him out and he will help you out, gotta keep that teamwork flowing you cant one man army. Even if you follow all this perfectly that doesnt guarantee the other 5 guys on your team understand it at all, just keep trying, keep a cool head and do everything you can in every game and you will see yourself improve.
@@machinayrequiem8596 fighting at the enemy spawn is generally bad though because their dead players get back to the fight faster than yours so it's easier for them to eventually win a fight and swing momentum.
@@Iam_Stu We werent at their spawn point, we were pushing them that way. We were holding them at about 40 meters from the domination point. But my question is: How would their dead players get back to the point faster? They respawn at their spawn point and you at yours. They are having to kill you at their spawn point, they then have to get all the way to the domination point instead of killing you at the domination point and already being there.
Not sure if im just good at support or if the venoms that 1v1 me (tends to be that way all the time cuz no help ever) I win like every time, If they know how to use the abilities they destroy me no problem, If not or they are on CD then they die so fast
Man why can't I change star lords boots from click to hold. It would be much more intuitive if it only boosted while holding the button rather than having to click it multiple times.
I wonder why all of those settings need to be changed manually. I suppose the health bar thing is usually off by default in most games, only for healers, but the rest should be the defaults.
the wall running thing is definitely a preference thing though. The advance vertically setting lets you wall run while looking down at the fight so you can still pay attention to other things than just where you are running.
Yeah the healer setting is just more clutter, I think if you are a new player it can be good? But if you want to improve as a player and in higher elo its just clutter and worse to have on.
I personally disagree, as I believe visual confirmation is far better than audio. However I do think it could be personal preference, but everyone should be aware of it

Honestly the healing reticle feedback does nothing but clutter up your reticle. I find it incredibly invasive.

muscle memory in aiming is a myth but still a good tip for those that wanted it to feel more familiar
they changed the default sensitivity for ADS on Black Widow, now when you set it to 1 your turn angle is a bit over 1/3 of unzoomed
There is already 2 forms of visual conformation, the health bar turns green and YOU CAN SEE THEIR HEALTH GO UP when you are healing them.
