Great video and your W163 looks sick! You mentioned that the larger bulb for the speed/tach and tach/fuel are T10 bulbs. For the LED displays (time/miles/outdoor temp), are those T5 bulbs or T10? Just wanted to confirm. Sorry if missed that but I went through the video a couple of times to no avail.
I did that a year ago, and after eight months I had problem with the Electronic board. The Electrician told me that something wrong is going on with the Led.

Wait so what are the sizes of the small light bulbs
on your link there is the options of B8.3D, B8.4D or B8.5D ... they seem to be different sizes, which ones did you select
The beeping noise is a buzzer inside the cluster. I took mine off.
how on earth you didn`t break the front diff with those tires?:))

T10 for the big ones

How did you make the needles lights red?

Once the needles are removed, scrape the color off the back side then 2 coats of the red needle paint.
