    Thank you! I was a student of sushi for years. Working in various sushi restaurants in Vancouver as a sushi assistant when I was an university student during summer break or saving money for school. The nigiri is the toughest to learn. I never get it right. Now, I can happily learn from Akira-san on TH-cam.
