Great review. Good on you for telling us how to expand the figures longevity. Although I don't have the figure it's still great to see the amount of passion in this video.
I never get tired of watching this video. I think it's the best review and showcase of MM01 on TH-cam. If you happen to get the up-graded arms or any other additions, then please do another video.
With the articulation I could get it into almost 1:1 movie poses fromThe Bumblebee movie Nad Rise of the Beasts. So I think it’s pretty good compared to other official products. One day I hope we get a 3rd party ROTB or Bumblebee prime that articulation like the fox figures and has a great vehicle mode
Toyworld freedom leader was the first third party masterpiece style BB optimus. I was pretty excited when it was announced years ago, but upon messing with the figure for a bit, I realized there were a lot of issues. Both the toyworld and this figure have complex tranformation, but the toyworld had a lot of clearance issues that forces you to flex a lot of brittle pieces whereas this figure just has a lot of steps. Toyworld came with a lot of accessories, but none of them really mattered because we only ever see optimus use his ion blaster in the movie. The quality of this figure is far superior to the toyworld figure in every way. This figure holds together securely in both modes which is more than I can say for toyworld with the floppy upper torso that doesn’t tab in. The joints of this figure are nice and tight and it holds most poses whereas toyworld is a loose mess. The worst part is that each time I transform the toyworld figure, a few pieces will break off on my. I thought that this was due to my own error, but I notice a lot of other people, such as emgo, have toyworld figure disintegrate on them. If you want the best bb optimus that transforms then this figure is it. If you want the best robot mode of bb optimus then the threezero is the way to go. The hasbro mpm version (despite its flaws) is a good budget buy because it holds together very well and the joints are tight. Under no circumstances should anybody purchase the toyworld version. It’s expensive, inaccurate, and poorly put together.
I can't wait to here your thoughts on this. I preordred this ages ago. When the price dropped for $275 I cancelled my order. Now it's down to $245 so a bunch of people must have done the same. It definitely LOOKS like a good figure, but THAT good? We shall see....

This may be a minor nitpick but I wish the shoulder panel flipped over like toyworld’s and I don’t like how it shellforms, though I guess it has a necessary amount of it. I love the front cab of the truck though. The sculpt is definitely this figures specialty, and it looks phenomenal, but I find the toyworld transformation to be my favorite, even if it’s harder to do.
Very true, I also don't like the panels, and it is not easy to transform them either, have to flex a few panels to fold them into the right orientation, and the truck does look very good. TW came 2 years before this, and it has been my definitive version for a long time, love it.
@@OptimusLegends I know it’s been 2 months since, but I recently watched JobbyTheHong’s video and I came back here. At first, I thought that I wanna get Freedom Leader, but after watching this video, I'm confused.🤣Like FL can be posed in a lot of ways and the hands are a bit better (I prefer that weapons can tab into the hands of FL, rather than stressing the fingers on MM01 by putting the weapon to the hands and removing it), but the transformation is a nightmare (and so is the upper chest), whereas MM01 is simple(r) and looks good in both modes. It's like MP44 vs. TE01. Nice review btw, keep up the good work!👍

But it may be just me.
