Installation of Vanderbilt, TDOT 'I-24 MOTION' cameras nears completion

Drivers on Interstate 24 may have noticed something new in recent months. Dozens of poles line the interstate for miles, but they're not streetlights.

Building more transit like trains and busses where a train or bus stops every 15 minutes will decrease the requirement for personal vehicles. People can still drive but it won't be required to get to work or the store.

that also means making cities more walkable, which US apparently doesn't want to.
