I was late to this brilliant podcast, but man, I have been bingeing on you guys for the last month! Love all of your guests but you 3 are so freaking great together it doesn’t matter who the guest is!
I freakin' love Johnny Mac. Way to go Team Smartless! Is there no guest you can't pull? Easy to see why of course. There hasn't been a triumvirate of male hosts that have this level of chemistry, showbiz gravitas, and sweet bustin' on your buddies schtick since...well...probably ever. I think this talk format is simply awesome and, for me anyway, Smartless is the ne plus ultra of the talkshow podcast space. The consistency is especially amazing. Mickey D levels of consistent excellence across episodes. So thank you again good people. And great to spend some time with a true giant of the sport. I couldn't watch enough of his matches when I was a kid. And respect the heck out of his intellect and outspoken ways. He is exactly the same tack sharp mind as always which is great to hear. 👍🙏🖖
Wish they would have talked more about his narration on Never Have I Ever! John had to bring it up and the three seemed to not know about that Awesome series, and didn't ask more about it. Pooie.
@lorianderson605 That's true. I was hoping maybe Sean or Jason's daughter? I guess they can't watch everything. There is a lot of content out there. Still, I wanted to hear McEnroe talk more about it.
Hey Sean.... when we were kids in Australia in the 70's we would "dinky" our friends on the our bikes. Not sure what they say now. Do kids even ride bikes around the neighbourhood like we did back then? Anyway it was a cool way (back then) of referring to getting a ride on someone's bike.
