Please everyone what happened to Selen was horrible, but don't go after the talents who are with Nijisanji, or who may be being onboarded right now. It's okay to be angry and frustrated, but direct it where it is deserved, at the management and leadership of Nijisanji and NijiEN. We want/demand change from their leadership, not blood.
Please change Nijisanji, do not let another talent go through what Selen did.

15:21 The Japanese word you are looking for is "oidashibeya",(追い出し部屋 ) what we would call in English a "banishment room", basically isolating the worker in question and giving them dull, boring, or drudgery tasks to "encourage" resignation.

I think it's time the Vtubers unionize against Nijisanji.
Technically they could under SAG/AFTRA, but that would only work for people in the US (plus I've got other issues with SAG at this point so, eh). Other countries may or may not support unionization. Being that Niji is a Japanese company they'd have to do something with one of the three union federations, so I'm not sure how that could work. I'd have to do some more digging into that.
17:41 That's a very good comparison. There's a reason Yagoo is "best girl" of Hololive. The most recent resignation of Mel is a good example. It was a decision that was not easy for Hololive, and even after Mel left, the staff said nice things about her.
And although there was no graduation stream, Mel was still allowed access to her Twitter at the end so she could say goodbye.

Regarding the tweet from Selen getting out of the hospital, one thing that I think points towards that tweet having been made by Selen herself is that Dokibird made tweets about getting out of the hospital around the same time. Until there's further evidence against it I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that that tweet was made by Selen herself.
