Unsolicited safety tip- Keep your fingers away from the length of the nail so when (not if) the nail bends and shoots out the side, it won't go into your fingers.
Would be fine for all of those applications. 2in nails are more than enough to go through your base, drywall, and sink 7/8in into a stud. I'd pull out a 16ga for hanging doors, but an 18ga is fine for all trim work. I use it for crown, base. Window Trim, casing, etc. No problem.
I have the DeWalt 16 gauge cordless nailer, IT SUCKS, jambs up all the time even though I clean it and oil it, it dry fires after your out of nails , it’s garbage, I bought a Makita 16G, works flawlessly , DONT buy a DeWalt gun

Bro this is a great video! Definitely worried about your fingers though at that one point! Stay safe brother
Great demo of the nailer. Thank you very much. I’d like to see more of things you built with it.
You should definitely get some clamps to keep your fingers away from where those nails are entering. Thanks for the demonstration of the tool though!
Thank you for the tutorial! Mines in the mail now.
Can I use it for: baseboard, 1/4 round, crown molding, window/door trim?
Please advise
for 1/4 rd works great, for baseboard it works but 16g works better
Ok, thanks.

@@ghg789987 Great, thanks, just bought the 18 ga. In future I might get a 16 ga.

I can’t watch. Don’t nail your fingers.
