I have no test equipment, other the an ohms meter and a Kenwood SW-2000 meter. At least I can see what my output is in cw and ssb modes.
Nevermind, you had it on high later on...I had the same problem once. Thought I had a major problem...but had a nephew turn a knob...my kids don't touch my radios, so it was a simple output problem that was laughable once fixed.

Why did you have your AGC dial on OFF...you won't get any needle movement till it's on low or high...correct?

Tim. Very extended explain but i dont see what you change ? You eliminate one capacitor of 1 mf. Or something more ?
Hi Jorge. No eliminations at all. Just that long process to find #19 connector with a bad contact.
