You Alex, and Timmy are the reasons I became a dealer. Started watching late mid 2019. Very small channel then haha but it sparked something in me. Fast forward to now and I’ve been a dealer for three months at the hard rock hotel and casino in Tulsa. Y’all inspire more then y’all think❤️ thank you guys

Just paid for poker school.. I'm so excited!! I stopped dealing many years ago because of two reasons, first one was how it never mattered how much school I went to or how many games I mastered, I got put on single deck blackjack 3-4 times a week. :/ The other reason was THE SMOKE!!!! I'm so happy to switch over to poker where there is little to no smoke. See you guys in the morning! :)

Job availability? Competitiveness?
I am retired and thought about becoming a dealer at a new casino that recently opened 5 minutes from my house. I wanted to deal roulette which I play and am quite efficient in math but I was told I would have to deal in the card games also. The main thing that held me back, though, was I wouldn't be allowed to gamble in both that casino and the casino I previously went due to dual ownership. I would have really enjoyed dealing roulette.
Dave will you train and/or casino’s hire dealers with speech imperamnt or other physical or mental handicaps?

I'd like to know how many people fail dealer school and why. It's hard to find the answer to this on line.
um about 5 1/2. yeah that sounds about right. five and a half people have ever failed dealing school because they didn't pass.

Let me try again: Roughly what portion or percentage of people who go to dealer schools fail to complete the course? Or, similarly, what portion fail to pass auditions? What are the typical reasons for their failures?
