    i have been looking into becoming a dealer for a while, i have watched all videos on their channel and had some great private conversations with Alex - i have built my own BJ Table in euopre to get a little headstart in the handling of chips and cards - and over the course of building it - trying to learn Alex was super nice. my best buddy visited them in vegas and had the same impression, great people with a great energy and i am SOOOO looking forward to train at their school hopefully by spring for at least two games, so far they are simply the best when chatting with them and the content they have put out (shuffling, BJ Basics) has helped me a lot to get started. again- great friendly people !!

    I live out here in Massachusetts where I attended the Encore Boston Harbor's poker school aka BetOnU. I never went to work at Encore but did get a job at a small casino up in NH where I am CLEARING $500 per week (with tips) working only 2 nights per week. That's up around $30 per hour. It varies a bit from week to week depending on the tip rate for the week.

    I was in the casino business for over 20 years in Biloxi. These guys seem very legit. I remember people coming from some schools that I wouldn’t want to muck for me. Then we had people come in that knew what they were doing. Always do your research on the school you choose!!

    That sucks because here in Wa state 50k is standard for new dealers but less on Indian reservations which make only 20 an hour

    This is in Oklahoma and not Vegas but my first year out of Craps school (about 7 years ago), I made 55k my first year. Maybe it’s just not doable in Vegas but it is definitely a thing

  • @jaed2630
    @jaed2630 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    as far as the money you make. it depends on the amount of casinos in the area. when you got alot. you make less. when there is few. you can 50k+ being part time. I do. and full benefits.

  • @christiangoff4768
    @christiangoff4768 ปีที่แล้ว

    After doing a lot of research it seems to me that if your getting lower end pay out of school then your being offered more hours to make up that 50k starting point everyone wants and around the 17 an hour mark your only working 40 hours most times depending where you are it’s all based on how you deal the game personality

    Do you offer supervisor classes? I'm a dual rate in a Midwest casino, with dice and roulette, and trying to improve my skills in this area so I can move up. It's mostly stuff like figuring out bankrolls and finding that happy medium between customer service and following procedures.

    I was making 50k at my first gig here in the new york. And I have maintained that for the last three years. It was all in house training too. I guess it depends on where your at. Ive always heard stories about vegas and alantic city being the "show", with some dealers in the best spots making 80k a year. Is their really a possibility of making that kind of money in this business?

    • @juanmalone8053
      @juanmalone8053 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure. Just ask dealers at Aria, Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, and Cosmopolitan

    Question for you guys. This just happened to me last night. I play nothing but the one roll HOP bets. At one point of my session the max bet they allowed was $100 per individual HOP bet. $5 is the min bet.

    • @Jamzkee84
      @Jamzkee84 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Different casinos vary. $5 tables I see it’s $25 for 30 to 1 payouts and $50 for 15 to one payouts.

    Can you get kick out from a casino for winning too much playing Roulette?

    • @ethanbroom277

    • @CEGDealerSchool

      No, CEG Dealer School is a school where we train people to become casino dealers and Casino Quest is our second business where we teach people how to play the game for $20/hour to avoid losing too much money- it's also a retail store where we sell merch and other stuff --Mar

    In general, do dealers genuinely want the player to win?
