    Please invest in a microphone or talk louder. The volume is all the way up and I still can't hear a thing.

    Happy New Year everyone. Way back when I did this video I pretty much had to work with what I had. At the time I didn't have, and couldn't afford a lavalier lapel mic.
    However, I was really hopeful that the camo idea might help some folks keep from getting their cameras stolen on public land. It's always the thought that counts right? Good day, and all the best.- Dave.

    Dave this is a great video. I wonder if it would be better to use a clear drying caulk or probably would not make a difference. Either way I intend to use this to camouflage my TCs . thanks

    This is a great idea. I will def try this out on one of my cams.
    I agree with a previous comment that a final close-up of the cam from different angles would have made a big difference on this video as well as maybe some comparison photos of a plain cam and a camo cam on the same tree - much like a before & after photo to show how much less obvious the camo is compared to a plain stock cam. Just a thought. Thanks for the idea.

    Looks great on a big HD screen. I can see and read HunTen Cam and Loctite Spray Adhesive spray, see the leaves and the fine stuff. Had to turn it up to hear perfectly, big deal. Sounds like every channel now. You people have the nicest s**t to worry about. Thanks for the video!

    Why not glue bark chunks from nearby snags so it matches the tree you are mounting the camera to?

    • @DaveKentLive
      @DaveKentLive 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Agreed . bark from the area and some moss using a glue gun works well.Still a good video .

    My screen shot for the video is just that, a close up pic of the finished camera. What you can do is click "BROWSE VIDEOS", then zoom your screen resloution and it will make the pic much larger. I just tried it at 400% zoom and it was huge & crystal clear. Hope this helps, and that you for watching my video. All the best- Dave

    That camera is now sold out. Hunten Outdoors is who makes the camera. They do have a $39.95 model available.

    Great idea, I usually just get sicks and brush and put them in and around the camera but I also always put the camera in a lock box and screw it to the tree, lean logs and stuff on the sides to make it only visible from the very front.
    I agree with bara, poor execution of a demo video. You needed a second video or you needed to take stills to edit into the video from above.
    Doing good demo videos is all about the editing. The king of DIY does great ones that are informative and move along quickly with great camera angles.
    Good luck in the woods..!

    You NEED to use a Microphone, and/or, a SOUND RECORDER, and sync that to your video, when you post these videos. Great video, otherwise! Thanks!!!

  • @rcman6895
    @rcman6895 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I don't know man I think you should redo that video there are a lot of things that I didn't like about it the first thing I didn't like about it is I could not hear you I had to use a amplifier speaker to you to hear you and the video or the camera is too far away from where you're at I need to be able to see exactly what you're doing and how you're doing it and what type of products you using I couldn't see any of that therefore this video is completely useless to me bring the camera closer to you and I think that will solve all your problems just a little food for thought
