This was an amazing message!!! So grateful to have found you on Facebook and now I get FULL access to sermons on TH-cam. Keep preaching Pastor. Praise the Lord!
This is the main thing I struggle with very much. I know what you’re saying and I know what they all say about tithe and all but I just struggle with it. I have no problem with generosity and helping when I can, but money is something that I don’t even spend on myself.
Bobby Chandler is an awesome pastor(I'm not just saying that I've watched other sermons as well of his), and I just wanna clarify that I'm not calling him a false teacher or anything. He's really great, but I do think there's an error in this teaching. This is a comment I posted under this video for clarification: Respectfully, Pastor Bobby Chandler, I say this with love and not to argue or accuse. But we are not under a curse if we do not tithe, the notion that we are under a curse if we do not tithe must be understood in its proper context. This concept applied to the Israelites under the Mosaic law/covenant; however, as Christians, we are now under grace, not the law. While giving is important, we should do so cheerfully, as God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7). Additionally, verses like 1 Timothy 5:18 and Romans 6:14-15 emphasize our freedom from the law. Tithes were designated for Levites and priests, who are not part of the new covenant. Therefore, while generosity is encouraged, it should not be done grudgingly or out of compulsion (2 Corinthians 9:7). I share this to clarify any confusion that may arise from the sermon, as it could unintentionally promote a prosperity gospel message. I hold no ill will towards Pastor Chandler and respect his teachings, but it's important to address potential misunderstandings. We all make mistakes, and I offer this in a spirit of love and understanding. God bless!"
Authentic church is amazing. You guys are saving money to move to a bigger building. And you still manage to donate $30,000 to help the community. God is Good. Amen!
I could hardly wait for the sermon to air, and it was wonderful, so powerful, thank you for sharing your wisdom Pastor Bobby. God bless your family and your church!!
lol my car keeps breaking down bc someone keeps putting nails in my tire or messing with it. Less than 15k miles on an electric should not be completely breaking down. Had issues every single week 😂😅 but this was a good sermon I needed this 🙌🙌 All of these sermons are really helpful on my day to day. Thank you!!! God bless yall
What about if someone keeps saying to me,'You got to work multiple jobs, work, work. Work so you can get another place, very rest.' And sending me jobs with a bigger amount of pay rate than what I'm doing now working nights? How is that helpful? Them saying that and saying ' I did this and it work for me'.. God puts us on a different path
I have a question, I want to tithe the full 10%but only can tithe 1% I have a lot of debt. Does it say anywhere in the Bible at least I'm trying?...not trying to be funny at all by the way. I want to do right by God
Pay your debt. Just make sure you aren’t buying things like tobacco, alcohol, expensive coffees, going out to eat a lot, manicures etc, buying unnecessary things. Ask yourself when purchasing, do I really need this thing or can I give what I am about to spend to God instead? Get out of debt, stay out of debt, give to God the money that you maybe spending that isn’t necessary and the Bible says to test God concerning the tithe in Malachi. Learn to speak to God about these things and learn to trust Him.

@@londiwemgidi5280 exactly it goes against 2nd corinthians 9:6-9 god loves a cheerful giver. so yep alot of people preach the prosperity gospel in a wrong way some people cant afford to tithe at all . if everyone is required under the law to tithe what about the christains that are in poverty? homeless?? i believe that if you can give then you should give but if you cant give then thats ok too
I would never want to tell anyone not to keep paying debt off, I’m deep in debt myself. But I trust that God will provide in every mighty way which is why we give to God first. If you pay God first the 10% of your gross income, then you are being faithful and trusting in God fully. With my own current life, I have started to do this about 6-7 months ago and have been able to budget exactly where I was spending unwisely. Also in my current job a promotion and/or a raise is already in the works. Proving to me that being faithful to God means that he will be faithful to me. Trust that God will provide in your life and work on a budget that will fit into your families needs, and God will never fail you.
@victoriasmith2610 1 second ago It’s crazy to me how Authentic Church sermons almost never fail to line up with my study or my Pastor’s sermons. Yesterday, my pastor preached on Psalm 21 and that all strength and every victory is from the Lord. That’s just one time out of many over the past six months. I have faith that I will be able to visit this church in God’s time! 🙏🏾 Such a blessing! Love and prayers for your ministry from Syracuse! 🧡🙏🏾

I thought tithing in the Bible was to give to the poor not the church
The government makes sure to get their tithe, it's called taxes
Would tithing after taxes be considered giving God your "leftovers." This is the way I've thought of it.
It really isn’t much different before or after taxes so May as well do before if you feel led
