Two pieces I came across recently:
Red 76768 = 1x5x4 Arch Irregular Bow
Dark Blue 3308 = 1x8x2 Arch
The red arch I sold a few of for $3.75 but they're listed for a lot more, and the dark blue I found 5 of and sold all of them for $10 each. Love these hidden gems.

How do you determine how much to pay someone to sort? Do you send them more to sort like a 2nd sort of a category

Yes. The category sort is a different rate for each category depending on the difficulty.

Always a good show and I learn a lot. Looking forward to tips on how to catalog. Sorting for me is fun, but I haven't found a good strategy for uploading other than mumbling "what $#$%@# shade of blue is this?" a few hundred times.
The 1x2 dark green tile is still a winner, but looks like it hit the PAB somewhere because several US sellers have thousands of new, so now there's a race to the bottom.
