Discord and Varian both live in a world with technology. The technology is limited compared to ours or the Marvel universe. But it's pretty advanced for their universe. Varian's technology is more advanced than the technology in Discord's universe. But I think they would both be pretty amazed by how advanced the Marvel universe technology is. Especially Varian because he loves technology and science.

So in general a fight between MCU and MHA, I believe the MCU would win. The MCU has stronger more powerful heroes then MHA. And even the heroes who do not have any powers are very smart and very good at strategizing. Also I believe there are more heroes in the MCU then in MHA.
It depends on which version of them you're talking about. The "What If" version of them, was a very healthy relationship. Strange Supreme loved and cherished Christine Palmer. The MCU version of them, wasn't very healthy. It wasn't a toxic relationship though. It was just neutral. Doctor Strange in the MCU loved Christine Palmer. But he love work more. So Christine got neglected in the relationship. And that's why it didn't work out.
