The brushes often come and go under different "brands" as they are just cheap sets of synthetics, but this is the kind of set I buy when I need replacements www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07PL9ZCWZ?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder_k4_1_10&=&crid=2ELZJ1WMBDEVG&=&sprefix=miniature+
Hello I thoroughly enjoyed this video. You mentioned that you didn't use a primer at all and I wondered how necessary a primer is as it did not appear to me to affect the paint job.
A primer isn't a necessity at all. As I do here, you can use paint as an undercoat. The advantage of a primer is that it's a lot quicker, you can do lots of models in a very short amount of time. Also, with a primer, it does help with the paint sticking. Sometimes, without one, you may see the paint rub off in areas that get touched a lot.
Could you link the paintbrush set you used off of amazon?
