    Is that a dedicated soft wash machine different than the upstreaming through the pressure washer. Thanks for your time an showing us!!

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Downstreaming is different than a dedicated softwasg system.
      Downstream can only reach a certain percentage of mix.
      Meanwhile a dedicated softwash system allows you to go from 1% to 12.5% mix.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      A downstream injector is installed after the pump. It Siphons the chemical when a low pressure tip. That's how it turns on. To turn it off you swap to a smaller nozzle. When you purchase a j rod for your specific pressure washer it will have the appropriate nozzles to achieve that

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash

      Yes I hook up to the customers water. That's what we all do in this industry but when you have an 8gpm pulling water out of a tank which the house is only putting out 3gpm you're bound go dry up the tank.
      And you never know the house has a low flow until you get there.

    Love your videos, Cliff. I picked up that you mix your surfactant in your SH tank? How do handle jobs where you don’t want to use surfactant or a little less/more? Does your softwash just mix more surfactant when in use?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yea I mix some with sh. Not a gang of it. It's just enough to wash houses and pool enclosures. Surfactant doesn't affect much when it comes to cleaning. It only makes the sh cling onto surfaces. So with or without it there's no real change. For my 12v softwash system I'm able to meter my surfactant from the mix valves since I have a dedicated surfactant tank.

    Do you have issues with like tar from the roofs or whatever is used that runs off the roof and can mess up the fascia, gutters, sides of the house?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I dont have issues with that. That stuff cleans off the fascia. But if left too long it may wear the paint off the fascia. But that's not on me lol thats on the customer. There is gutter grenade, gutter butter, LAs totally awesome out there to clean those stains.

    How are tou marketing to get jobs? I try using signs only for competition to pull them up. I run google ads and facebook with 0 results.

      Google my business, yard signs, Facebook neighborhood groups, realtors, property managers, referrals, and flyers.
      The signs will get pulled , I still put them out anyway cause 100 signs should be making you 2k-5k

      @@PinkFlamingoPowerWash ya the signs are great..ive had only 5 people call me off the signs but made me around $3500 .. after that idk competition came in plus people with no lives pull my signs no matter wear i put them :(

      @lonerangerspl that's great return on investment. They will get pulled by code enforcement as well. I don't care at all If I'm making 3k+ off a batch of 100 signs I'll continue to put them out. It's all part of the game

    Why dont you rinse the roofs?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  ปีที่แล้ว

      There's no need. The longer the solution is on there the better it will clean. Except for metal roofs, those has to be cleaned.

    Hello everyone. I'm French and I'm interested in the soft washing techniques you use (they don't really exist in France). I'm sorry, I don't understand everything you explain and the answer to my question may have already been given... what percentage of bleach do you use in this specific case? All this vegetation would have worried me and you, you go there frankly🤔😵‍💫

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey welcome aboard. The initial beach solution comes in either 10% or 12.5% but when the downstream chemical injector is installed to pull the bleach it dilutes with water passing through the hose. The dilution ratio varies depending on the type of injector being used. But most of them go from 1-2%
      As far as plants and grass just wanted before and after working you'll be good.

    What kinda bleach resistant pants do you buy? I bought some dickies that are high in polyester but man they are goofy looking.
