    The Meisterkugeln look like 2 poa, which leaves them as 2 really pretty groups. Without going back and rewatching (which I probably will), I think the super domes were doing the same until last shot.
    I didn't expect you were going to continue the cfx vlog, but I appreciate the continued application of testing for others to see.

    I am pretty sure at 50 feet rocks would be more accurate lol! hell I would rather have bought a sling shot then the CFX at this point lol!
    For those that have a hard time doing math 50 feet is only 16.67 yards and at that range this gun should be stacking pellets one on top of the other.
    God love you my friend for still going at it and I am glad you are showing all these people with all there suggestions that no matter what you do the CFX is a giant piece of crap!
    they tried giving me a gazillion suggestions as well but I had already done all of it off cameera and on camera.
    So I guess now it is your turn lol!
    I am not sure how many videos us real youtube( not influencer) guys have to make before they will start believing us about what a piece of junk the CFX is lol!
    Anyway my friend hope your head is not hurting to much from the confusion and anger this air rifle causes you lord knows it frustrated the hell out of me as well.

      @@airgunsofalaska I thought the same thing and ya I do not know why it is so bad either but I think gamo should give us all refunds for telling us this is a very accurate rifle because you and I both know that it is not.
      I kno wyou said you were going to keep doing testing but I really think you should cut your losses at this point and stop wasting any more of your time or pellets in that hunk of junk.
      I kept going for awhile as well but finally had to just stop and call it what it is and that is the CFX sucks and is a piece of crap.
      It is just not worth your time you have put so much into it all ready my friend no more needed to prove how sucky that air rifle is.

    no constant pressure leaks or jamming piston .or a bad bore and the speed its to low .could be a weak spring or a hole in the piston head to get a legal output in some countrys then you have a bad front hit of the piston and less blow up of the skirt

    • @airgunsofalaska
      @airgunsofalaska  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@peteralexben mine isn’t the only one shooting at this FPS. From the other videos I’ve watched that’s what they produce. I’ve not yet shot a string of pellets over the Chrony, I’ll do that at some point.
      The gun doesn’t feel abnormally harsh in the firing cycle but I see what you’re saying about the piston possibly hitting if something isn’t right.

    I'm at a loss for words for thos new CFXs. Just because its an older dessign doesnt mean quality control should be laxed and the guns shouldnt be tested.
    I guess I've been kind of lucky. (Knock on wood) The only gun that I remember buying and returning was a Walmart 1322 when they were re-released. That thing had grapefruit sized groups at 15 yards. 😂 I remember the lady jokingly say, "Are you sure it's not you?" Hahaha Very funny...

    It's a shame we must pay HW or Air Arms money to get a decent shooting air gun. Even $7or $8 hundred doesn't guarantee perfection. If I've learned anything about springers you just have to love them and have plenty of patience. You are subject to much work no matter which springer you choose.

    • @airgunsofalaska
      @airgunsofalaska  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@johngoodman9380 that’s not encouraging to hear! I really like my Diana Airking but I rarely shoot it as it’s more of a benchrest gun and my range is too small for its capabilities.
      I’ve owned it for around 8 years now. I don’t have any desire to buy additional high springers. I’m not real keen on PCP’s either. I wish the manufacturers would start paying attention to pneumatic guns as they are a really good compromise for cost, accuracy and ease of shooting.

    If you want to make this rifle shoot look into Air gun detective's 2 piece bipod set. The bipod will assure your hold is the same every shot. Some spring-piston rifles are hold sensitive. This is one.

      @airgunsofalaska barrel is too tight for the length.. probably over-rifled pellets. Meisterkugeln are pretty tight fiited, so you see the slight improvement on that. Airboss in 22 is even tighter and hand sorted.

    Hi Buddy! You can try every brand pellet for accuracy but it's the rifle. I know those CFX rifles and it's the worse model GAMO made. I'm sorry buddy but it is crap and you can try and try but it will shoot worse and worse. The rotating breech is a pellet skirt squeezer and sharp led particles will end up between the rotation block and barrel and destroy the seal. Next what will happen is that grease will blow out between the tube and rotation block because the air is not forced anymore into the barrel. You'll have to strip the whole gun to replace the seals and the same will happen again. Gamo re-introduced this wannabe HW77 crap without any modifications. Typical GAMO. Just for win win. Sorry buddy, dump it or grow climbing beans against it. I don't even repair them anymore.......

      @@airgunsofalaska We all make mistakes buddy. At least we learn from them.... I've gave comments on reviews about this rifle here on YT every time i see the CFX just to beware people from buying the crap. Some can only spend their money once on an airgun and i feel very sorry for those who saved money for a long time and come home with a CFX. Others do only buy budget and mid priced air rifles and have many of them and i think that's a lot of money too, why don't buy a Weihrauch HW at once wich is extreme accurate and will last a lifetime. That would have been much cheaper and you don't need to look for something else anymore. Never run out of pellets buddy! Cheers!
