Hello again, I did a new test, and it basically answered my initial question. At a constant 59 mph (95 km/h), for every 2-3°C drop in temperature the car's consumption increases by about 0.1 l/100 km (cabin maintaining a constant 17-18°C, seat heating set to min/mid), same tire pressure for both tests. I'm sorry I don't know what these values are in the units you are accustomed to. I did the test with my car, a '22 Camry hybrid. Possibly comes down to 1% for every degree Celsius dropped relative to the cabin's temp. I finally got this figured out. Asked so many, read so much stuff, no answer whatsoever. I'll look into this more, the temp values can be possibly converted into heating output in kW, and then one can in turn calculate the rate of fuel mileage loss.

Hello, seems like PT6 and this one (PT1) show similar driving speeds. The other ones are recorded at lower speeds. PT6 shows 39.3 MPG at 32 F, this 38.7 MPG at 26 F, so 6 F lower indicates a loss of 0.6 MPG. Is this recorded always on the same road, same direction? In the units I'm accustomed to, this means a 0.1 l/100 km increase for a drop of 3°C (from 0°C to -3°C).
Very interesting stuff, thanks for sharing 👍
