Could you tell me if examiner do not put Why during speaking. Is it negative or positive impact? Plz reply🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

During part one the examiner is expected to ask Why at least a few times and certainly when you give short answers. Some Why questions will be asked if the examiner feels that you didn't understand the question but just provided any old answer. This won't affect your score if you are able to continue to produce good, fluent English.
In the finally part of the test you will be frequently asked follow up questions including Why questions. That is how the test works.
