If there is a way to make something shiny, shiny again, you'll find it, Joe. Hope you and the family are doing well. Looking forward to the next video.
I’m very much an amateur but just managed to replace an Omega 1471 with an ETA 288.002.. would never had tried without the inspiration of your videos… many thanks 🙏
Thank you Sir for your great videos. I had a Seiko NH35 with a scratch on the rotor, and the watch has a see-through case back. I removed it and used your technique by putting new straight grain on it using an abrasive pad on a block of wood. Looks great now and is back on and working great. I'm learning from the master!💚
I admit that I love the case and parts restoration.. like when you made the tiny screws! Hey, I thought you were singing again, then realized you sped up the sound😊very best brother! Frank
Lovely work Joe, please make a series about this one, or the process of restoring parts. There's so much out there that needs help to bring it back to life, and so few Nekkid Watchmakers left: your expertise and passion are a lesson to us all, and this is a great way to ensure your legacy perpetuates. We are all apprentices. Thanks Joe.
Hello Because I ❤ your channels. I remember the black super oris. I bought a 671 kif. Inspired by you I restored it which took months to learn this calibre. I have now sold it online. Now I am doing this full-time. Because of your videos. I love my new career. Love from Lancashire
That before picture was just all kinds of nasty. Incredible refinishing, and hope to see the full restoration. I can't imagine letting a watch get into this condition, particularly with a rare movement. So glad you're saving this one.
Wow. That one has had a hard, hard life. Good call on restoring the rotor. The rotor will necessarily have somewhat looser tolerances than other parts just because it has to clear so many other parts and bridges.
Great Video. Yes, please do a full video on this. It would be a great to see is reatored or at least brought back to the living. Keep the videos coming.
Considering you couldn't even read "AUTO PRINCE" beforehand, I'd say you've done a wonderful job and it's worth every bit of saving that old Tudor. I'd like to watch the full restoration!
Always very fascinating to see good craftsmanship. This channel contains large amounts. Very good work. Looking forward to full length video. Thank you !!
That's fantastic Joe. Your skills are clearly visible through your work. Please can you add some info on the orientation of the levers inside the reverse gears, when you do the video. I am having trouble with one I have serviced. I am 90% sure there is excessive wear but would like to make sure I have not missed something. Bold of me to ask this, but pretty please?
If you put the copper strike solution jar in your ultrasonic cleaner the heat from the water bath and the agitation from the sonic waves should cause the copper crystals to breakdown and absorb back into solution. 👍👍
“But the stains were like the teeth of a tobacco-chewing villain, in a western” LOL!!!! Great video Joe! Love your content, and more importantly, British humour!
Hi Joe, your copper solution is saturated. You could get more dissolved at a higher temperature but this would possibly harm delicate watch parts. A great video as alway. 😊 🤗🍉
Awesome! I love watching you make watches new again. Bravo!! 💖💖💖
If there is a way to make something shiny, shiny again, you'll find it, Joe. Hope you and the family are doing well. Looking forward to the next video.
A short N.W. video is better than NO N.W. video. You are truly an artist. Thank-You for sharing your art with us.
Always a pleasure to watch your work! Perfect!
I really do enjoy your narration, both the professional AND the humor.
No one would believe the before and after shots are of the same part. Magic.
I’m very much an amateur but just managed to replace an Omega 1471 with an ETA 288.002.. would never had tried without the inspiration of your videos… many thanks 🙏
It looks like rose gold after you polished it up. Looking good!
I love that you at least try to save so many pieces that others wouldn't and the skill you demonstrate restoring the unrestorable!
can't wait for the full tour, but this was a very much and long craved appetizer! thanks Joe!

That was incredible work Joe. It looked hopeless, but you worked your magic on it! Thanks for sharing that technique.
Thanks mate

"The teeth were like the tobacco-stained teeth of a villain" Man, I felt that in my soul and I do not even have the excuse of having ever smoked...😱😥😭
Thanks Joe
Great job, once again your skills and determination paid off. I bet the owner is very pleased.
Cracking work as ever. Need to get me some of that Copper Strike, never thought of that for reviving movement plates.
It's cool to see a movement restoration, down to re-plating.
What an amazing transformation. I'm not patient enough for the process, and yet the results are the prize of the skilled and patient one.
Love watching the skill and innovation in action.
I met a watch maker from Birmingham in Texas last week to buy his cleaning machine, small world. Great work.
Great Video. Yes, please do a full video on this. It would be a great to see is reatored or at least brought back to the living. Keep the videos coming.

Nice work...very good result (especially considering the starting point--all that corrosion).
Nice silent peace protest with the dove and olive branch.
