Hunter, I have three cousins here in America who are Irish/American and who by complete coincidence each married Asian partners! Their lives have always created a curiosity in me with other multi-cultural couples! My oldest cousin Patrick married a gal from Malaysia. Brian, (cousin #2) married a gal from Tokyo who was previously his brother’s fiancé!. And lastly #3 Mary had a fifteen year long engagement before marrying her Korean boyfriend (who had a Korean dad and Chinese mother)! Ironically, all three couples decided on their own to have one child each and they’re all very happy! We just had a huge family reunion in Berkeley, California where almost everyone made it. You and Juno tried your best and I was astonished at his English skills! But after you grieve this relationship and reassess where you’re headed I know you will be fine. You were right sometimes people come into your life for a short time then sometimes it's forever and all the times in between. You two made us happy to watch but I am thinking you are so young and have a long time to go. I am glad that you are getting through this, like so many of us have to do. Some guys have a hard time keeping a relationship so take your time becoming intimate, especially with Asian men. They won't tell you but you must wait for marriage to let them get really close if you know what I mean. It scares them otherwise and they need you to keep saying no.

You were right sometimes people come into your life for a short time then sometimes it's forever and all the times in between. You two made us happy to watch but I am thinking you are so young and have a long time to go. I am glad that you are getting through this, like so many of us have to do. Some guys have a hard time keeping a relationship so take your time becoming intimate, especially with Asian men. They won't tell you but you must wait for marriage to let them get really close if you know what I mean. It scares them otherwise and they need you to keep saying no.
