Re-watching this episode, 3 years later. Decided to check up on Gary Busey, and see that literally yesterday he was arrested (at age 78) at a convention for fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. Wild.
Unexpected redemption story: Media always displayed Macauley as this grown skeezy lookin dood. And RLM redeemed him as being just another geeky movie lover you can imagine watching, and making fun of crappy movies with. This must be made known to more people.

Marv meets him and Harry temporarily moves into Marv's home. One day Harry sees Kevin by chance in a grocery store. Memories start flooding in and feelings of bitterness and regret surface. Harry starts to stalk Kevin's daily life in public and soon at his home. It goes so far that Harry starts to enter Kevin's apartment when his not home and finally when Kevin is asleep. Psychological horror ensues as Kevin starts to notice that he might not be _home alone._ Marv starts suspecting that something is up. He follows Harry to Kevin's flat. After finding out about Harry's obsession Marv tries to confront him. They continue the argument while already being inside Kevin's apartment. Marv still being the clumsy idiot that he is causes Kevin to wake up while they're still in the house. They manage to keep their presence a secret for a few hilarious scenes but soon they're found out and the truth is unveiled. In a classic case of Stockholm Syndrome the story ends with Harry and Marv befriending Kevin and them moving in with him, and once again Kevin will be _home alone_ no more.
They have to watch Roar at some point. Honestly that film could be deserving of a spotlight video or just a REview style video simply because of the story behind it. The director went bankrupt making it, it took 11 years to complete, he used his own family in it, they were attacked numerous times and suffered real injuries in the film that are used in the final cut, they can be heard screaming the directors name in some scenes for him to stop because the animals are attacking them.
It's honestly the craziest experience I've ever had in the cinema. I felt like I was losing my mind watching that movie. They NEED to do a video on it. Plinketto will take too long.
Watching Older best of the worst episodes is great because you can see the films they will watch in the future and just chuckle feeling like you know something they don't yet

I have been loving when Macaulay Culkin comes around, he looks well and has good rapport with the crew. Thought it was hilarious doing one of the bad later Home Alone movies. Great Job!

Huge missed opportunity when they were talking (52:05) about the scene where Daniel Stern was electrocuted into a literal skeleton. Mac joked that he thought they should have done somethine "a little more grounded" and nobody picks up on it. Mike doesn't usually miss those!

At the movies opening scenes we learn that Harry is being released from a long stay in prison. Marv meets him and Harry temporarily moves into Marv's home.
One day Harry sees Kevin by chance in a grocery store. Memories start flooding in and feelings of bitterness and regret surface. Harry starts to stalk Kevin's daily life in public and soon at his home. It goes so far that Harry starts to enter Kevin's apartment when his not home and finally when Kevin is asleep. Psychological horror ensues as Kevin starts to notice that he might not be _home alone._
Marv starts suspecting that something is up. He follows Harry to Kevin's flat. After finding out about Harry's obsession Marv tries to confront him. They continue the argument while already being inside Kevin's apartment. Marv still being the clumsy idiot that he is causes Kevin to wake up while they're still in the house. They manage to keep their presence a secret for a few hilarious scenes but soon they're found out and the truth is unveiled.
In a classic case of Stockholm Syndrome the story ends with Harry and Marv befriending Kevin and them moving in with him, and once again Kevin will be _home alone_ no more.
They have to watch Roar at some point. Honestly that film could be deserving of a spotlight video or just a REview style video simply because of the story behind it. The director went bankrupt making it, it took 11 years to complete, he used his own family in it, they were attacked numerous times and suffered real injuries in the film that are used in the final cut, they can be heard screaming the directors name in some scenes for him to stop because the animals are attacking them.
It's honestly the craziest experience I've ever had in the cinema. I felt like I was losing my mind watching that movie. They NEED to do a video on it. Plinketto will take too long.
