Interesting take Dave, Dynaquattro is getting solid reviews now. And yes I would agree with you that the under 300$ bracket is now highly competitive with exciting products.
There are so many great sets out right now. I still need to get the Chopin... but this set looks absolutely amazing. A weird thing but I wish or possibly wonder if the texture is just painted on or if it's actually textured... 🤔 Fantastic review, Dave!
It’s an actual texture one here. Feeling when I actually touch it is much better than I expected from just seeing it.
I'm also looking forward to AFUL CANTOR , it's been a long time waiting from hifigo.

Explorer seems nice and promising but with P5 recently hitting $150 (prime day)....
Picking what IEM to get these days is a tough decision, especially when you can't demo them.

Around the 300 to 400 dollars price range, what were your favorites?
I remember you mentioning the Aful Performer 8 and the Softears Studio 4 a lot but I kind of forgot which one was your pick.
Just a shame its so hard to drive...
Otherwise it would be almost perfect.
Thats a lot of key words from the very beginning that told us that this was a mediocre IEM ...I knew this IEM wouldn't be one of the top from the opening before the end of the video. At least you are honest as always:)
