I have a bunch of review projects waiting in the shop. I have been very busy between family and working on the property. Loggers thinned the trees and I am working on getting things back in order, repairing roads and ditches and building new berms. I'll get started back on the videos in April. I'll be running an excavator for a week starting next week then we are off to Florida for a family vacation. When I get back I'll have 200 oak trees to plant and some grass seeds to spread. Then back to the reviews. I never knew being retired would be so busy. :o)
First and foremost, what youtube is doing to the 2nd Amendment or Conservative channels borders on criminal bias. The problem is they know they, for the most part, can do anything they want with total impunity. I know that any and all channels need to make sure they have backups of all of their videos because that is the only way they can archive what they have done because, if youtube deletes those videos, they are lost. We in the community learn much from all of your channels and we don't want to lose them. If you are putting your stuff on a different platform make sure you reference that platform in every one of your videos. Thanks for all that ya’ll do!

You excel at explaining the elements that comprise the topics you discuss. I hope you will find a method and/or venue for broadcasting videos that operates in your favor.
My grandpa that was born in 1893 worked at Winchester, he was a machinist/tool and die maker. He said they never tested any barrels for any of the Super Grade guns. He said all the barrels were accurate on all the guns. He said that was a rumor put out to get people to buy the more expensive guns. I don't know for sure but I would bet the same was true for the older 1 of 100/1000 guns.
I do like lever action rifles, this one is a beautiful example. Also coincidentally , I just noticed that movie was on TCM so I recorded it to watch later,...now I'll do that this evening.
We always watch old classic movies when we vacation with my wife's brother. This time we had the perfect old movie to watch, and an example of the "star" firearm. :o)

No. I will shoot it with my BIL if he volunteers, but I can't ask to shoot this rifle considering it's value. He did mention he may be willing to fire it. Believe me, I will do a video of it if we test fire it. It would be interesting to see how it groups 140 years after it was manufactured.

There's no doubt this is a great find and a very nice piece but the "One of a thousand" was just a "marketing campaign" to sell more firearms.
It ended up hurting their marketing.
