At first I thought it was a product advertisement for the sake of money and advertising but tried it and it’s honestly good, for a change, thank you for sharing
bro this is one of the BEST tutorials I've seen that can keep me engaged and doesn't rely on cheap sus jokes, which I know sounds weird, but I'm SO grateful you made these. Keep it up!
Don't say this often but I'm a huge fan of the sponsor because I've been looking for something to put all my references on while I'm drawing. Verrry happy this one is free.
Thank you. I get so overwhelmed by all the adjustments I need to do that it stops me from actually achieving them. I think for me the hardest part is finding out what I like in an artist/art style and what differs from mine
@@sael5084 Tysm for the kind words. I'm working hard on it. Also I really love your approach towards getting better at drawing and that you share so much. Really inspiring. Keep it up. You just gained a new sub 👍🏻
@kyrrr333 aw thanks you I'm sure you can do it. I can't say I've been working hard lately since I really lost the passion to draw mindlessly. I want to draw with purpose. By making comics so I'm building a story right now hopefully I can start the protect seriously soon.
@@sael5084 Yo that sounds awesome. And don't worry if you're in a difficult spot right now with your passion. Art is a journey with ups and downs. We will never regret having kept going if it is what fulfills us. At the end it will all pay off.

thank you Niro for making me know the important of being organised with milanote and also the art reference to study fundamentals and your content. Gosh! you are so generous man.
You dont know how much this has saved me OMG-- Ive felt like I wasn't growing at all with my art and I wanted to learn more SO BADLY about anatomy but I just could never grasp on how to go about it. This video especially helped me with that so i thank you from the bottom of my heart for this video man! YOU EARNED A SUB HAHAHHA XDD
you know... I always hate it when I search for a guide vid but to just find the whole vid an ad. But maybe this time I'll bite, this seems interesting enough
i can really see how this video sums up your art journey the way you share your insights, well done! i really like this! p.s. ur artstyle is really awesome i gotta to twitter and follow
think you can make an in depth video on how you use milanote? I just started using it, and i didnt consider it for art improvement, and i think that's genius!! Thanks for this great video!!
I know there is some videos on how to use it I think u can learn it like in a day then use his template for ref then make it your own thing with ur references of artist or pictures I think it’s more effective than asking him to make a how to use it yk
@MoniasChristian-zo7yo honestly you're right, and that's exactly what I'm going to do!! Thanks for the constructive feedback, when you see something that seems so great, it's sometimes easy to forget how important having our own agency and tailoring it to our specific needs is with a process and tool like this. Genuinely, Thanks again!!
I am so unbelievably mad at this comment When a good app/tech companies payed a content creator for sponsor, it doesn't mean the app/tech suddenly becomes irrelevant and or bad
Muchas gracias por compartir tus ideas con nosotros. Son de gran ayuda para quienes amamos dibujar. Thank you 🙏very much for sharing your knowledge with us. It’s a great way for organizing all the things you have in one place. Greetings from Chile 🇨🇱
I’ll give it a try! I have a billion bookmarks I saved in Twitter that I’ve always wanted to organize :D Update: I was surprised how easy it was to set up, I love this!!! Now my references don’t have to collect dust anymore lol
One thing I found with gestures which I need to go back to but there is a flow and rhythm when doing gesture drawings. I always try to get the head first, kind of hitting the "motorcycle helmet" or oval depending on things. Then it's the flow of the neck and spine followed by one of the legs. Usually the "anchor" leg, or one closest to me. There's a flow to it all and if I have time(usually do at this point) I'll get the rib and hip shapes and a quick "sculpt" for shape of the limbs. Not quite mannequin but you have a rough enough form that you can go even for thumbnailing "will this pose work?" I try to feel for the emotion... while I'm not a pro at all(I want to be) I want to show the emotion in pieces so finding the flow of gesture and then forming the body to that has helped me quicker than the industrial shape>mannequin gesture definitely helped.
While studying others art isn't a crime - not telling your audience about paid ads IS. Although this seems like a cool and useful way to practice - if it's a sponsorship you reaaaallly need to disclose that better. The beginning 4 minutes of the video felt heavily like an ad since it highlighted specific features and prompted us to click the link /sign up. I was waiting for some mention of it being one... but none came. Checked the description box - again no disclaimer of it being a paid sponsorship. The only hint of it would be your end comment "thanks again to milinote for this collaboration" which is NOT proper disclosure to your audience. Just comes across super shady and can land you in trouble.
Your tips are really good! I always try to practice every day, but because of my laziness I can't and I always go days without drawing, I will try to make a schedule to draw daily
