i just graduated cos school a few months ago and i unfortunately didn’t get the education that i paid for. as a result, i have a lot of trouble with hair cutting. i’m so glad that i have access to your videos because of that. you explain things in a simple and concise manner that actually makes sense to me. your technique is simple but effective and i feel that with more practice, i’ll be able to do it too

Thank you so much for sharing this demo. I’m a cosmetology instructor in the States and this is the exact haircut my state requires for students to pass their exams in order to obtain their Cos license. It is also the haircut they dread the most and seem to struggle with. Your breakdown of why it’s important to utilize uniform layering as a means of control and building technique is spot on. I will be showing this video to help my students to understand that why this may not be the trendiest haircut atm. It is one they should have in their arsenal. Great demonstration as always.
