I ordered Mx Cinder foam runners and they sent me stone taupe. Customer service basically told me oh well. Couldn’t return or exchange.

I paid for 2 day express shipping on the 8th only for them to tell me today it can take up to 20 days to receive an item, I feel they're not transparent w their customers and I will never order from them again.
I wonder if its just a placeholder date and they will ship it to you as soon as they get it available?

I got my Pure slides yesterday. They're different than my other 6 pairs of slides, no texture, super smooth and slippery almost. It's like they're rubber and not boost material. One of them looks like it was worn, a little dirty with some defects on the bottom.

I feel like you'll see progress within a week. Some of the merchandise from what I understand is also coming from overseas. So they have to wait until they get that shipment in before they can confirm the date of your order.

I just received my Yeezy dazzling blue. Pissed off. They sent me a mens size 12 and I ordered a mens size 10. I may have missed my opportunity with this one. I just called customer service and have to wait seven business days for a response.

Adidas is going to end up losing a lot of business after these yeezy's are gone. They handled all these last drops so messy. Super unprofessional and disappointing.
I don’t know, I feel like they made their money back already and they are discounting for extra pay but I notice they are taking innovative ideas on their current basketball shoes and they are placing the Yeezy boost technology with it. So we shall see how this works later for them because they are definitely affordable before Nike and Jordan’s.
