It's interesting to see them sharing a stage with so many Blues Greats. It's the only time I've ever seen EC look less than confident. SRV was always somewhat in awe of his mentors even when they tried to bring him out. It's clear he had massive respect for them. I truly miss him and wonder what could have been.

Derek and the Dominos if you like country blues, Blind Faith was really cool, his 70's solo career was awesome to me, and I like all the traditional blues work he's done the past couple decades. He is my God.

He was good in CREAM. His output has been patchy at times but now and then he plays like no-one else on earth...just amazing. His personal struggles have helped him reach a modern audience, e.g. Layla, Tears in Heaven

Eric has been in my life, since Cream, in grade school. I’m so glad he has survived. He’s normally forthright and blunt when he sits for an interview.
