"Cha-La Head-Cha-La" is still being used today in the DBS TV show & movies (plus DBZA) b/c fans around the world recognize it as the iconic theme of the entire franchise. "Rock the Dragon" is long dead, only remembered by Americans who grew up during the mid-to-late 90s. Like British kids who watched Teenage Mutant HERO Turtles.
I love how this project is listed under "Marvel Animation" not Marvel Studios! As someone who grew up with stuff like "Ultimate Avengers" & 90s Spider-Man, it just felt so good see that.

Fun fact, even after the FOX rights were bought by Disney, they still had to pay extra for the theme song, because the rights to the song still belonged, I believe, to Eric Lewald. And the news reports say they paid "a heavy price" for it.

Ive seen the start of the episode where Wolverine is being hunted by some group in the woods, and then a couple years later, I saw the full episode where the X-Men fought a giant energy/soul-absorbing monster in the sewers

Wolverine's voice actor is the same.
I never saw the whole plot for the original show I’d just watch the reruns after midnight on Disney XD as a kid when I was supposed to be asleep and the only thing I remember about the show other than the theme song was when wolverine sliced a cake with his claws.
OOOOOOOOOOOO, Cyclops is voiced by Ray Chase, who was Final Fanasty XV's Noctus and Fire Emblem/SSB's Roy
The original voice is better. They completely changed the voices except for Wolverine for no reason.

Another set of classic intros I liked: Batman Beyond and Static Shock.
I've seen a few episodes of the original X-Men animated series including that one cross over two part episode with the Spiderman animated series. Decided the other day to finally watch the series, and honestly it's not bad. Looking forward to certain storylines especially the one storyline the movies could not seem to nail twice.

I'm excited for X-men 97. Although i do admit the animation is a little more choppy than i'd like. I get they're trying to mimic the choppiness of the original cartoon, and i actually applaud them for doing that, but i think they may have gone just a tad overboard on that in some places.
One thing i hope is they keep up the interesting and brilliant usage of mutant abilities. Like how they made Wolverine be patient zero for a doomsday disease so his mutant healing factor could create antibodies for it YEARS Ahead of schedule. Applications of powers being used for things OTHER Than fighting was awesome to see

Yep because that Victoria Alonso was involved with this and we already see a lot of bad changes. This does not look good so I dont get why the two of them are praising this. The animation alone is terrible not to mention how they uglyfied every single woman.
