The canopy walkway without a canopy, built from EU funds

The mayor of a Hungarian village built a canopy walkway on his land, financed by an EU grant. But there are no trees around the walkway, which he claims is so because the forest had reached the end of its life by the time the funds arrived. We went to the scene to investigate.
