The gameplay looks true to Tribes... but man... the small scale matches are really disappointing. Tribes 2 with 100+ people and bots feels like war... this looks like a MOBA in principle. This modern fascination with small-scale "competitive" shooters is...tiresome.
The devs already confirmed higher player counts are coming and it’s just the early testing that is limited to fewer players. Early play tests were 5v5 and the last playtest was 12v12 but the devs have already confirmed plans for 32v32.

i hope they dont do what hi rez did to ascend to kill it. the chaingun imo is a crutch which removes the incentive to actually get better with spinfusors. also the vgs system not being fleshed out not being insulting is sad, seriously hope they fix that, cant say i am the shazbot without vgtg being what it was..
