Cadmium Yellow Deep Hue (Liquites Basics)
Primary Yellow (Liquitex Basics)
Burnt Umber (Liquitex Basics)
Burnt Sienna (Winsor and Newton)
Medium Magenta (Liquitex Basics) - I end up painting over this color
Brilliant Purple (Liquitex Basics) - I end up painting over this color
Ultramarine Blue (Winsor and Newton)
Light Blue Permanent (Liquites Basics)
Titanium White (Liquites Basics)
Mars Black (Liquites Basics)
Brushes:
Large square headed brush 2cm (Artists Loft)
Medium square headed brush 1cm (Artists Loft)
Small square headed brush .5cm (Artists Loft)
Medium round headed brush .5cm (Artists Loft)
Small round headed brush .2cm
Other Materials: I also use a palette, a cloth for excess paint, a 9x12 canvas and a small dish of water. I drew the initial sketch with woodless color pencils and a fine tipped sharpie.

You are within your rights to say wonderful AND mean your own painting..its stunning, Ive had a couple of magical days painting up a storm and watching this video over and over but if there's one little negative "by golly you can talk!!! After me being an artist studying from liberty art books for over 60 year.
I don't know you heard or seen in art book. To have a complimentary piece of art use your brush to lightly add bits of prominent color to pull our painting together as one great piece. Now matter how talented of an artist people are.
Love it, I decided to give myself a gift of new paints, and splashed out and brought myself the Liquites Basics have about 20 colours in them now and am totallly loving the results they are giving me. Can't wait to give this one ago, but its now in a line up of paintings I want to do. Cheers Mel

This butterfly painting vis lovely. My only suggestion is your shy and sun ray color should reflex on the top of your log. . . Unless you want the log to over pop over power the rest of your painting. Happy painting to you .
