I don't know about that lil bro, but 1. Filioque wasn't present in the early Church. 2. Rome isn't the only seat of St. Peter, Antioch was too. 3. Popes have been excommunicated on Ecumenical Councils. The historical background of papal infallibility was that Rome wasn't under Byzantium and heretical doctrines imposed by emperors (such as Iconoclasm) wouldn't be enforced in Rome. That's one of the reasons the mosaics in Ravenna are still there. Also the Filioque was outright rejected by some of the popes. It is an addition to the Creed without an Ecumenical Council. That has been cursed by the Holy Fathers of those same Councils. And the Vatican II council is a projection of those mistakes, especially papal infallibility.
@@teodorivanov4558The Church Fathers frequently taught the Filioque. Look at Scholastic Answers videos going over the many instances. The third point is flat out wrong, since the third council of Constantinople accepted and praised Agatho's letter which claimed that his predecessors were orthodox in teaching
Hes been defeated by lofton on canon 6 and canon 28, not even eastern orthodox scholars like his arguments, if you wish to not see the kingdom of heaven become eastern orthodox.
@@FloridaCrusaderhe was eastern orthodox most of his life, he converted to the catholic church. You realise Jay dyer is a laughing stock amongst eastern orthodox right? Also lofton is a host he hosts the debates he doesn't partake in them and he doesn't care for millennial eo drama and ad hominem attacks. Papacy is so clearly in the early church along with the filioque the fact you can reject Rome is appalling.
Also he hasnt beat trent nor lofton
