Life with Parkinson’s: Madam Tan’s Story of Support and Dignity

At 81, Madam Tan has been living with Parkinson's disease since 2015. Sadly, she lost her husband in 2020. As her condition worsened in 2022, she became bedridden and her world shrunk to the walls of her home.
With support from HWA's Home Care Services, Madam Tan receives weekly visits from our healthcare attendant who helps her with personal hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring she receives the care, comfort, and dignity that every person should have.
