You get the umbrella in the room with the giant cage (theres two, one of them has it) and you get on the roof by first turning on the car on the roller coaster track, jumping on it, and then jumping on the roof as it passes one of the upper rooms. To turn the car thing on, drop down in to the hole that you passed thats in front of the ladder that lead to the place with the gun. Hope this helps
