- OUR SAFARI VLOG - Serengeti National Park, Tanzania
Join my sister and I for an incredible four day safari in Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. We spent the time searching for African wildlife to film and photograph. We saw lots of elephants, zebra, and big cats - it was truly the trip of a lifetime.
If you would like to join me here, I have spaces available on my group tour this November. Full information can be found via the following link:

Thank you for posting this, it brought back some wonderful memories of my trips there in the 80s. I would never have imagined back then that I would now be able to shoot stills and film with the same camera! Every frame was a precious resource then. I must go back!
You're welcome - I am glad it was able to bring back memories for you :) yes, it is pretty amazing what cameras are capable of now!
I’ve always said the wildlife photography community needs a couple of Foxes in it and the Lord as Delivered.
beautiful adventure and video congratulations !!
Roxy , saludos desde Argentina, fabuloso tu trabajo !!
Me encantan tus videos!!
I did the gorilla trek at Bwindi NF in Uganda a few weeks ago and your video was very inspiring 👍…

We really enjoyed your video! We are in the process of planning a trip to Tanzania for 12 days this coming October. I am looking forward to your next video describing the behind the scenes of your safari VLOG. I have looked for it and hope I haven't missed it.

Greetings from Northern California (U.S.A) Great Video!, I'm very impressed with how you're able to shoot with the Z9 and Z 400 tc 2.8 Lens, I have that setup, and I have to admit, it has some serious weight to it, you'll have to let me know where you purchased the skin for your Z9 and Z 400tc Lens, the look perfect together. Can't wait to see your next Video, this was an absolute Joy to see You and your Sister out on Safari. :)
Nice to see you in East Africa and in Serengeti. Watching from Uganda.
What amazing footage! I’m sure it was a fantastic experience.
Thanks for sharing. Love the content X
Glad you enjoyed it! It was amazing for sure :)
Great video!
Beautiful video❤. U are so pretty mam.
Stunning footage, what a privilege safari is!
Thank you! It truly is, every drive is completely different in terms of what you see, so makes it so special
So peaceful and awesome and awesome video. This is definitely very appealing since yall had the tours very private, much better than going with in a vehicle full of people
It looks like you're having a good time, nice video 👌
Yes we had a lovely time thank you :)
Lovely captures and stories. Made me feel that I was actually on a safari.
Thanks for sharing.🙌🏼 I really looking forward to the trip this year in Oktober to Tanzania.🥰
You’re welcome 😊 have fun on your trip!
@@RoxytheZoologist thank you😊

You’re welcome, hope you enjoyed it!
@@RoxytheZoologist My pleasure.
Wonderful video. Very professionally done.
Roxy você é uma inspiração para muitos seres humanos, meus parabéns pelo lindo trabalho. ❤🙏🌍
Oh my God for sure Serengeti did not disappoint you, i liked the moment at last when the herd of elephants had to collaborate to chase away the lions. Any we are waiting for you here in Rwanda as well. Much love
Yes that was very cool to see. They didn’t try to chase the lions, the lions ran out the bush as soon as the elephants got close, but that spooked the elephants as they weren’t aware they were there before that, so then they huddled together to protect one another in case :)
Thank you!! For sharing this Awesome beautiful video Wild life is so Espectacular you girls are so lucky to experience live and see the beautiful Sky just Perfect .👋👏
Glad you enjoyed it!
Loved this! I see you had the new 400 2.8 TC. Did you find you wanted more reach? I’m considering bringing my 800.
Hey Roxy, when you gonna be back here again in Sepilok Sabah , Malaysia for the orang utans and pigmi elephant trip? 😊
these are very nice videos
Glad you like them!
Welcome to Tanzania
Beautiful video! ❤️ I love your work! 🔥🎯🔥
Thank you! Cheers!
I love this channel! I wish wildlife travel/spotting was bigger than it is but at the same time I suppose it's good that there aren't too many people disturbing the world's wildlife! You have to stay at the Little Bison Resort owned by Shaaz Jung who's a Nat Geo photographer and a Nikon Ambassador too!
Thank you. I will check out that resort, thanks for the recommendation
Amazing! you look like you had so much fun! Also, you and your sister look so much alike! In that first shot, I thought it was just an april fools where you just recorded yourself twice and stitched it together.
One thing though, idk if its just me but Safari seems interesting to me until I thnk about the fact that its just riding around in a jeep on a preset trail the same are millions of other people have seeing the same animals in the same setting. Idk why but it just loses all its sense of adventure and intrigue for me instantly. I'd want to be in the backcountry alone, or with a small group trying to capture images that are unusual.
Safari is totally magical if you go to the right place. If you go to somewhere like the Serengeti, it’s over 14700km2 - it’s humungous! Not like a tiny private game reserve. You can drive for hours and see nothing but then you find something and you could be the only vehicle in sight. Having an encounter with a truly wild animal and no one else around. It’s beyond amazing
Hi Roxy, some beautiful footage in this vlog. But a question, where did you get the camouflage z9 body and lens by the looks of it. It looks so cool.
Stunning footage from what must have been an awesome experience. What camera did you use for the vlogging?
For filming wildlife, my full set up is in another video on my channel. For the BTS shots, either my phone or the Zf
nice video Roxy, keep it going!
Thank you! Will do!
SISTER IN LAW 😍
Can you share what’s your gear you used to film everything?
Thanks
I already have a full kit video on my channel + short version as reel on IG / TikTok too
Are you twin sisters??
Haha no, we are 3 years apart, but have literally been asked that our whole lives since we were tiny - we have always looked very similar!
@@RoxytheZoologist Can't easily differentiate.
I love your work mam my.age is 16.
Please can I work with you
I am in class 11th
Thanks. Very nice. What month did you visit ?
I was there for the last week of Feb and first week of March :)
I was surprised to see you’re allowed to leave the vehicle when out on safari, I assumed it wasn’t recommended for safety reasons.
It depends where you are. Obviously you can’t in most places, but in big open spaces, with short grass, where you’ve checked no predators around, you can :)
