We have a budget of 1.5 Million dollars to purchase our first home in Sydney Australia. We are trying our best to shop around and find the best deal hoping to find something around the 750K-800K mark. The location is key for us and we are wanting something near Parramatta but will opt for the right house outside the location if we find it.
The first two properties are in Northmead, one of which we are planning on putting in an offer???
