Accutane was the BEST thing I ever did. It completely changed my life. I always thought my hair, skin, nails was OK but turns out it was awful. I'm 29 and finally acne and pain free. Was a bit of a tough 2 years but SO worth it.
I think it's great and the universes hand getting you and your cousin together. How lovely for you both. Great vlog Jaz, keep up the fab work x.
After trying absolutely everything, I'm currently on my 2nd round of Roaccutane in 6 years.
It's the only thing that has cleared my skin and thankfully haven't had any side effects (just super dry skin and lips)
If you have PCOS like me, the only thing that worked for me is evening primrose oil, got rid of my cystic acne and sorted my periods.
Roaccutane was honestly the best life decision I’ve ever made. My break outs just got worse and worse as I got older and I haven’t had one pimple since January 2023! Would highly recommend to anyone who has tried every other alternative.

I just turned 35 and my skin is the worst it’s ever been the past 1.5 years 😩. I also have PCOS so I think we are just always going to battle with our skin until we find the magical cure or the main cause and can help stop it.

Also 30 and constantly have hormonal acne on my chin / jaw . i feel you !
Roaccutane has super harsh side effects, don’t recommend especially for hormonal acne as it just keeps coming back. Try prescription tretinoin cream, helps with acne but it is also anti ageing so a good idea to start using once you hit your 30s.
