Hook is his step father and his step grandfather. Oh and David’s evil twin James is his great uncle. No family tree holds a candle to Henry’s. 😂😂
I think it was a mistake to kill Neal off in season 3. They already had the fake out death at the end of season 2 and he was just settling in as a main character before they killed him off. Neal had enough going on to make interesting storylines. His relationships with Henry and Gold alone had story potential for later seasons, but there is also his relationships with Emma and Hook, his budding friendships with Belle and Robin Hood, a potential friendship with Regina, David, and Snow. I personally would have loved to seen more of Neal and Henry’s relationship, Neal and Gold navigating their mended relationship, and Neal and Belle bonding more and becoming Gold’s support system.
hery and neal really pissed me off this season did every one forget that Neal got emma knocked up uderage, then framed for a crime he commited, and because he felt really bad about it and everything worked out okay hes forgiven. and I get henry is Eleven but come on if I was eleven I learned that my dad did that to my mom id me mad at him than at her for lying.
Neal didn't know that Emma was pregnant, hence why he was so shocked after hearing that Henry was 11; it was in that moment that he knew that he'd let her take the fall while she was pregnant. He knew that letting her take the fall was the key to her becoming the savior, so he did; but don't think for one second that if he knew she was pregnant he'd have left. Neal would have stayed and been there for Henry as a father like Rumple never was for him, because that's just who Baelfire was. After he found out about Henry, made every effort to be the best father he could be; it was his DYING WISH for Henry to know that he was a good father, for crying out loud!

The final/almost spin off season lost such an incredible plot arch with Grown up Henry. Yes his ancestors are "Heroes", but in the "Real" world Henry is the product of two con artists. And he's clearly a natural, how amazing would it have been for Henry to grow up and become the new Robin Hood, except he would have the magical know how and understanding of portals to go anywhere and do anything.
If Henry really was a smart kid, then he would know that Storybrooke was made with magic. If Regina hadn't gotten to Henry in time he would've killed everyone, little idiot.

I mean technically I have one question for them when Regina had to undo the curse to stop Pan why did Bae go back with them to the enchanted forest when he was never cursed and came to the real world before the curse, why on earth did they not just have him go with them and be a family it would’ve also solve the problem with the dark one not being revived for Zalenas plans.
