He was an incredible man, and a great maestro, I miss Andre, I really felt his death in 2019! ...um misto de tristeza e orgulho... estranho isso, mas fico pensando quando no início dos 80s eramos adolescentes querendo imitar nosso astros do Rock, muitas bandas surgindo em São Paulo, tocávamos juntos em festivais de escolas e praças... cheguei a jogar bola com o Andre e o Viper no intervalo num desses festivais. O André se tornou um grande vocalista internacionalmente reconhecido no meio. Inacreditável que se foi tão cedo.

O cara faz falta no Metal - ele colocou o metal nacional em um nível mais alto! Sobra sua obra como um guia! Agora em 2018 tocamos com o Viper no Manifesto Bar em Sampa, numa homenagem à banda. Foi sensacional subir ao palco e cantar uma música do André junto com o Viper!

You should also check the studio version, it has a hole new take on this song, very epic with much harder punch , the chorus include a sort of gregorian choir in the background, pretty sweet.

The studio version has female lyrical singing in the beginning, and choirs during the song. It's really beautiful. I would like to sugest some reactions to Tarja Turunen. Tarja is one of the founders of Nightwish. From 9 studio's albums, 5 were recorded with her. From her solo career I suggest initially 2 songs: 1 - Supremacy (live performance recorded in Milan or woodstock. It's amazing). 2 - Underneath (Studio version or recording in "Act 1" DVD - I prefer the studio version, but I also love the live version. It's one of the most beautiful symphonic rock ballads I've ever seen). From Nightwish with Tarja, initialy I suggest 2 songs: 1 - The Phantom of the Opera (recorded in "End of an Era" DVD) - this is a masterpiece. 2 - 10th Man Down Live at the Summer Breeze festival (2002) - this is really wonderful. Big hug from Brazil!
When Angra disbanded from the original formation it did a whole into my heart therefore Shaman came and fulfilled that gap easily. Now the destiny took away my hero... Andre is irreplaceable for me personally.

When Angra disbanded from the original formation it did a whole into my heart therefore Shaman came and fulfilled that gap easily. Now the destiny took away my hero... Andre is irreplaceable for me personally.
If you can, try to react to the other band from Andre Matos called Angra: Make Believe, Stand Away, Carry on,... actually all the songs from the album Angels Cry are just amazing! They also have Holy Land and Fireworks.
