That's the most important thing, to keep an open mind and stay aware of perspectives you disagree with. Maybe as time goes on and more evidence appears you might agree more, maybe you won't, but it's a good process to be involved in.
I was there when the fork happened.. read Roger's book to know. BCH has always been the real Bitcoin. I am just glad that we have BCH and it works.. and most important of all... Maybe "once you buy cryptos, never cash out" when it comes to feasible long term holds. But there are plenty of cryptos that should be sold and cycles through after their cycle highs
@@czargetscrypto2112 I agree. Your money, your choice. I'm thinking long term and I would never be able to know the movers from the shakers. I wanted an alternative peer to peer money, BTC was it in the beginning.. but now it is BCH... I am more about freedom..value comes after.
also with the lightning network you still have to make at least 2 on chain transactions to use it right? one to cash in and one to cash out? which still makes it very expensive to use in a bull run or if bitcoin gets bigger? then probably more on chain transactions to top it up?
I think you guys are underestimating BSV. I mean I understand you think it cannot be compared to BCH community wise, but these guys don't care about the price much too, its hard to capitulate them. If they survived a dump from last year to 17 bucks then you know they don't care and will hodl their bags. I also think Craig Wright is extremely overrated character, a lot of BSVers can't even stand him.
BSV is screwed. It will have a community of diehards, as we explained, but Craig Wright was just the tip of the iceberg. With him gone, Calvin and the big money is out. The tech is riddled with terrible ideas. Inbuilt asset confiscation. The blockchain is however many terabytes. It's delisted on all exchanges. I could go on - yes, BSV has a few impressively stubborn diehards but that isn't remotely close to being a civilisation changing revolution.
@@BitcoinCashPodcast No offence I just it funny how hard it's being bashed now that the price tanked to 30 bucks. You had many BSV guests on your show when it was doing well price wise. I say as long as it stays in top 100 coins and it keeps coming back it's not screwed or dead.
@@Legenda20SLO My criticism isn't related to the price, I've had the same opinion about BSV & CSW since forever. I was more reserved about that on the episode with Joshua Henslee because it was already a big step for him to come on the show at all, but otherwise I can't think of any time I wasn't very upfront that BSV was a collapsing scam (now, largely collapsed scam). There was and probably is still good people caught up in that, who I hope can find their way to BCH, but the project as a whole has always been a scam and an attack on Bitcoin.
If there's any correlation with BSV related guests and price, I'd guess it's because BSV related topics are more relevant when the price is pumping and they're in the news, as well as those guests themselves being more enthusiastic about joining the show (they're not going to be thrilled to come on and discuss how their preferred coins are doing poorly).
