I’m concerned about the LEDs being reliable long term. They look like pretty cheap electronics. If it lasts, then I’d say the price is worth it. It’s pricey but my initial impressions are very positive.

This definitely puts "another" beautiful touch on the 701! I bought something very similar, except for the license plate light, but same blinkers and brake light, for my 14 GSA, years ago now. I kept the original brake/turn signal but I love the extra led bright lights. Just another upgrade that was plug and play ready!! Do you think that KTM/Husky made a deal with Rottweiler and others as they were building the bikes?? Why is everyone putting those long ugly tails on bikes! I know we have to be seen from a distance and from the side! It must be CA legal because the Rottweiler video shows the bike with CA plates?? Good job Adam!
They have some language on their product page that you accept any legal ramifications if it's not going to pass muster in your state. NH doesn't even require a working horn so I'm probably fine :) I think it looks really great. I hope the LEDs hold up to off road vibration and abuse.

Yes I have both the tail rack & extender installed in addition to the fender eliminator.

how did the lights end up lasting over the 2 years? thinking about buying this setup
It’s very nice but if you ride off road, mud cakes over the lights and you’ll constantly be clearing it to stay street legal. That’s the only issue I’ve had.
All of my buddies are complaining they cant see my turn signals during the day with this set up. How about you?
Fair point but I haven’t heard that feedback. But just a standard way I operate dirt bikes, I still hand-signal indicate just in case.

So far none but I also exclusively ride off road and very little road riding so I never see any police.

Did you end up keeping this? How does it do to protect dirt etc?
Still have it. Biggest issue is it gets so dirty. Mud gets trapped in the edges and really cakes up and blocks the turn signals. If you’re a road rider, it’s not an issue but 10 miles of dirt and mud and it’s completely covered.

I’m pretty sure it will. I’d give Rottweiler a call but I can’t imagine any reason why it wouldn’t.

Yep, always best to know if legal in your country or state. Benefits, all metal construction that can be repaired / bent unlike plastic. It also does not hang down to the tire so it’s less likely to get ripped off by a tree branch, it’s a cleaner look, the lights are all easily 5 times brighter than stock and the blinking is faster and finally, as I mentioned in the video this is one of those”I probably dont’ need it but I want it” splurge items. Some things on the bike I just wanted to have because they look cool.
