Hi Arc, during the event: 1. there is a separate booth intended for the processing of LTOPF. 2. If you will buy a firearm, it will take a least a week or two before the unit be released. It is not that typical over the counter transaction. All FAs are genuine but only for display purposes.

Sir, if you wish to buy, there is qualifying requirement needed, the LTOPF (License To Own and Possess Firearms). If you have one, the you can proceed buying. A new unit will be provided but not right away. It will take at least a week to release (ballistic and firearms license included in the waiting time). As to warranty, I am not sure as to how long since the unit is certified tested.

Actually, by principles you are correct. Possession of firearms in the Philippines is not a right but only a mere privilege. If you wish to own a firearm, you will acquire it with your own money including its appropriate permits. But in the event that you fail to renew the permits, the state will confescate your firearms and deposit it temporarily under their disposition. Yeah, mere privilege.

Sorry, foreigners are not allowed to possess a gun in the Philippines however, I will revalidate if there are some changes on the rule.
