I took a weekend seminar from Kenneth Cohen in 1982 on qui gong and animal frolics. I put pressure on the top of big toe. To me the falun dafa is a combination yoga and qui Gong. I studied alot over the yrs. I ching 50 sticks, 7 red 7 each color of roygbiv =49 + 1 white.
